Sunset Park has a small stream running through the park, and has recently become home to the The Harrisburg Rugby Football Club. In partnership with the Londonderry Township’s MS4 Department and Dauphin County Conservation District, the Rugby club helped to plant 100 trees of flowering and edible species bordering the stream. This buffer will help to beautify the park, provide edible berries for visitors, and protect water quality!
