Dedicated volunteers are extending the message of the Council through the following workgroups. Join us!

Promotion/Events -- Reaching out to professionals and the public to raise awareness of conservation landscaping. Conducting field days, conservation landscaping contest, and "Turning a New Leaf" conference in alternate years.

Training/Standards -- Identifying opportunities to integrate conservation landscaping principles and practices into professional and technical training programs. Creating and maintaining a list of professionals who offer conservation landscaping services. Developing standards for best stewardship practices in conservation landscaping. Developing a conservation landscaping certification program for landscape professionals in the mid-Atlantic region.
